BUYERS.

• Liability. Ultimarket is an online marketplace for advertising Ultimate Frisbee related products and services. Ultimarket itself does not sell any products or services other than advertising and weblinks. Any purchases made as a result of information found on this site are entirely between you and the trader and are made at your own risk. You therefore agree as far as the law permits to release Ultimarket, its employees and agents from all liability arising from any transactions completed on the basis of information listed on this website.

• Accuracy of Information. Ultimarket cannot be held liable or responsible for the accuracy of information or the quality, safety, and legality of products and services listed by traders. We would always advise buyers to exercise caution when buying products over the internet.

  
  

TRADERS.

• Personal Information. Personal, contact and payment information given by traders will be disclosed only to allow normal operation of the website. We will not use or distribute this data for any other purpose unless required to by law.

• Prices, Payments and Tax. The accuracy of price and currency information is the sole responsibility of the trader. Prices given should include any applicable sales taxes unless otherwise stated.

• Misuse of the Site. Ultimarket reserves the right to refuse publication of advertisements which contain offensive, prohibited, non-relevent or inappropriate material.

• Fraud. Ultimarket will investigate any alleged cases of fraudulent or criminal activity or listings which infringe the intellectual property of others. We will present any findings to the appropriate law enforcement agencies.

• Amendments to Listings. At its discretion, Ultimarket reserves the right to amend or re-categorise advertisements and listings that we believe are misleading, in an unsuitable location or otherwise disrupt the effectiveness of the site. We will always inform the trader of any such amendments.

• Refusal. Ultimarket reserves the right to refuse or revoke a trader's registration on the site. It also reserves the right to refuse or revoke publication of individual listings at its sole discretion.

• Loss. Ultimarket will not be held liable to traders or to any third party for any indirect or consequential loss or damage, or for any loss of data, profit, revenue or business, howsoever caused (whether arising out of negligence, breach of these terms, refusal or revocation of traders registrations and listings or any other cause.)
